01

Define the scope

For example: agreements expiring in the first quarter of a chosen year, with a payment term longer than an agreed threshold.

02

Keep dates and terms distinct

Expiry date, renewal date and notice deadline are different properties. A missing payment term must remain unknown, rather than becoming zero.

03

Return the evidence

Show the contract ID, matched value, document version and clause location. Make extracted values subject to human review.
